XO is Paradise Coves Asian-themed restaurant and is open from Monday to Saturday serving dinner between 7pm and 10pm.




Indigo Restaurant
The Indigo Restaurant is open for lunch from 12pm to 2.30pm, serving a choice of salads and snacks. It also opens once a week for a lobster evening, where guests can enjoy live music as well.



S.T.A.Y Bar
S.T.A.Y Bar is open for lunch from 12pm to 3pm every day and from 4pm to 5pm for afternoon tea. It is also the place to go for refreshing drinks throughout the day.
